Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made 7 days prior to stay for a full refund minus $15 service charge. Full charges apply to cancellations made less than 7 days prior to reservation.
Cancellation of reservations for Cappuccino Suite must be made 30 days prior to stay for a full refund minus $15 service charge per room.
For Blocks of rooms or entire rental of Cappuccino Suite cancellation must be outside of 3 months prior to arrival for cancellation. If cancellation is inside of 3 months Guest is responsible for entire reservation unless we rebook the rooms/suite then a $15 per night, per room cancellation fee will apply. Payment for groups and blocks of rooms requires payment at the time of booking.
Extra bed/person charge is $20 per person per night based on availability and room occupancy

While Coffee Street Inn welcomes well-behaved pets, we do strictly adhere to our pet policy for the comfort of all our guests:
- Pets MUST be kenneled/crated when left unattended in rooms.
- Pets must not disturb guests with barking during evening/night hours.
- Guests must pick up after pets. We will be happy to provide a baggie if needed.
